A. Information Provided Through Google OAuth 2.0

When you choose to sign in to Amatak Community using Google Authentication, we access basic, non-sensitive profile information authorized by you via the Google consent screen:

Google User ID: A unique identifier provided by Google to distinguish your account.
Email Address: Used to identify your user account, prevent duplicate accounts, and provide account recovery.
Display Name: Used to display your name to other participants in chat rooms and calls.
Profile Picture URL: Used to show your avatar within the application interface.

B. User-Generated Content

Chat Messages & Media: Messages, files, and images you send within rooms.
Real-Time Audio & Video: WebRTC voice and video streams are transmitted directly peer-to-peer between participating users using end-to-end encryption and are never recorded or stored on our servers.

C. Technical and Device Information

Push Notification Tokens: WebPush / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens required to deliver real-time push notifications when you receive incoming messages or calls.
Connection Data: Temporary IP addresses and network connection metadata utilized strictly during the WebRTC signaling handshake to establish peer-to-peer media streams.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following operational purposes:

To authenticate your identity and facilitate secure sign-in across your devices.
To display your chosen profile (name and avatar) to other participants with whom you interact.
To establish peer-to-peer encrypted WebRTC connections for real-time voice and video communication.
To send incoming message and call notifications to your active devices.
To ensure the security, integrity, and operational availability of the Amatak Community platform.

No Advertising & No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information or Google user data to any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Amatak Community complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements:

Amatak Community's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers solely to host and operate the platform:

Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Provides secure authentication services, encrypted database storage (Firestore / Firebase Realtime Database), and push notification routing (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Vercel: Hosts our static web assets, frontend routing, and serverless API endpoints over encrypted HTTPS.
WebRTC Infrastructure (STUN/TURN): Facilitates NAT traversal and peer-to-peer signaling for voice and video communication.

6. Data Security and Retention

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:

All communications between your client and our services are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
WebRTC media streams are encrypted using DTLS/SRTP standards.
Your data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your personal data at all times:

Access and Update: You can view and update your profile information anytime through the in-app profile settings.
Revoke Google Permissions: You can revoke Amatak Community's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Permissions Settings.
Request Account & Data Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account, profile, and associated stored messages by emailing us directly at senghongly8828@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy

Amatak Community is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
